Penny was brought up on the Isle of Wight, and painted from an early age. She then spent several years working in London before settling in Cheltenham.

Penny has been happily painting away professionally for around 20 years. Her work has been exhibited and sold in various galleries around the country and at shows both here and abroad from the very small to the very large.

Penny's watercolour paintings are created with inspiration from the beautiful surrounding countryside, a dollop of imagination and a love of using colour. She also loves music and there is always something playing when she's painting.

Her amazing range of card and prints designs means there is something for everyone, and every occasion.
